Our goal is to select the right candidate for the right job and at the same time to make the application process fair and transparent for every candidate.

1. Application

We look forward to receiving your application via email at hrnorthamerica@lorenz.cc.

2. Screening

We'll check your documents carefully and usually get back to you within a week. If we like what we see and think you're a match, we'll invite you for an interview remotely.

3. First interview

During the first interview, our goal is to learn more about your qualifications and skills, but also to get a sense of your personality.

4. Feedback

Within a few days, you'll receive our feedback on the first interview.

5. Next round

If there's mutual interest, we then arrange a second interview. Depending on the situation, you might be given a small development task as part of the process.

6. Second interview

Second interview usually includes two separate conversations. Here you'll get the opportunity to meet your possible future manager and team. You are encouraged to ask more detailed questions about your potential area of responsibility.

7. Feedback

After consultation with the team, you'll again receive feedback within a few days. If both parties think we have a match, we'll conduct a reference check.

8. Now it's getting exciting

After completion of a satisfactory reference check, you will receive an offer with a proposed employment contract.
