
I've been working at LORENZ for over 2 years. I thoroughly appreciate the culture and the people I work with daily. It is infinitely more rewarding completing projects when you enjoy working with your colleagues to achieve a common goal. The trip to Brussels this year really highlighted this. We all got along so well during the conference and throughout our free time as we explored the beautiful city and ate more food than I'm sure any of us would like to admit. My manager, the Managing Director of North America trusts the team and recognizes good work. She stands up for and encourages me. I believe all of us here in the North America team consider her as someone who supports us both personally and professionally.
I joined LORENZ as a docuBridge trainer in 2019 and love working in such an international environment. We work with customers around the world. The collaboration with my colleagues is great. With LORENZ, I've also been able to relocate, and transition from working in Frankfurt to working in the US. LORENZ offers the option to work in different teams as part of career development to always expand your knowledge. I'm an example of both and was able to move into the software configuration team using my knowledge gained as a software trainer.
I joined LORENZ after leading the global implementation of docuBridge on the customer side at a large pharma company. As a LORENZ customer, I was impressed by the solutions LORENZ provided as well as the team that delivered them, which led to my career move to be a part of the LORENZ team about 4 years ago. The management always trusts and enables employees to advance their career to the next level. During the pandemic, after successfully managing the implementation of LORENZ's solutions at FDA, the leadership team promoted me to be the Director of Client Services, North America with a full set of exciting responsibilities. I'm grateful for the opportunity as it allows me to restructure and grow the current team, coach it to deliver even better results, and make a positive impact for our customers. I joined LORENZ a little over 4 years ago. Having been in industry for several years, I understand the importance of customer service and how crucial it is (especially when publishing a submission at the 11th hour) to have full trust in your software provider. The transition from customer to employee was seamless as my experiences working with the LORENZ capabilities for most of my career were always very positive and, as I mentioned, it's all about trusting the product. My communication with my manager has always been effective and open which empowers me to set goals and easily achieve them.
My favorite part of being an Account Manager as well as a Regulatory Solutions Consultant is that it allows me to build trusted relationships with my customers; providing them with a wealth of information that prepares them for upcoming Regulatory changes. These changes include planning for software upgrades, adding enhanced features or providing suggestions on how to streamline their business process. These small changes can have a large effect on simplifying the day-to-day workload. If I can be part of this time saving process, that means that I have done my job well.
