Our goal is to select the right candidate for the right job and at the same time to make the application process fair and transparent for every candidate.

1. Application

2. Screening

We'll check your documents carefully and usually get back to you within a week. If we like what we see and think you're a match, we'll invite you for an interview on site or remotely.

3. First interview

During the first interview, our goal is to learn more about your qualifications and skills, but also to get a sense of your personality.

4. Feedback

Within a few days, you'll receive our feedback on the first interview.

5. Next round

If there's mutual interest, we then arrange a second interview. Depending on the situation, you might be given a small development task as part of the process.

6. Second interview

Here you'll get the opportunity to meet your possible future team and to ask more detailed questions about your potential area of responsibility.

7. Now it's getting exciting

After consultation with the team, you'll again receive feedback within a few days. If both parties think we have a match, we'll send you an offer with a proposed employment contract.
