Welcome to LORENZ ID!
The LORENZ ID is a Community Service hosted by LORENZ International LLC. Individuals or corporations may
have access to LORENZ ID and LORENZ ID can contain information about LORENZ products and services,
either provided by LORENZ itself or by it's partners, customers, or other third-parties. It may also
contain information about topics not related to LORENZ, it's products or it's services.
These Terms of Use shall govern your access, visits and participation in the Community Service. By
registering for a LORENZ ID account and by using or visiting LORENZ ID, you are subject to the Terms of
Use. If you do not agree to all of the Terms of Use, you should not access, visit or participate in the
Community. LORENZ reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate LORENZ ID and/or these Terms of Use
from time to time at its sole discretion and without notice. LORENZ ID is provided on an "as is" and "as
available" basis. LORENZ will not be liable to you or any third-party for any claims or actions arising
or resulting from your use, visit, or participation in LORENZ ID and for any modification, suspension,
or termination of LORENZ ID, or termination of your access to LORENZ ID.
If you wish to have a LORENZ ID account, you must provide current, accurate, and complete information
about yourself during the LORENZ ID registration process. By joining LORENZ ID, you expressly agree to
be bound by the Terms of Use as entered into by and between LORENZ and you. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your LORENZ ID password and account, and assume all liabilities and
responsibilities for any and all activities that occur under your account. You must maintain and
promptly update any account information provided to LORENZ in order to keep such information up to date,
accurate and complete. LORENZ reserves the right to refuse access to LORENZ ID to anyone, at any time,
without notice, and for any reason. LORENZ ID may also be reserved for certain customer or user groups
only.
You must not engage in unlawful or harmful conduct. You must also treat others in the Community with
respect. You must also refrain from offensive language. LORENZ also expects all Community members to
respect intellectual property laws and rights, as well as the right to privacy.
You are responsible and liable for all your activities while participating in the Community, including
anything you contribute. Do not rely on LORENZ for the safe and secure storage of any materials, such as
documents, posts, photos and software.
