Regulatory Implementation Consultant (m/f/d)

Location: United States (Remote)

Responsibilities

    As a Regulatory Impementation Consultant with LORENZ’s North American team, you will provide implementation support to LORENZ’s customers in the US and Canada


  • Manage software implementation projects including customer kick-offs, implementations from initiation to go-live, upgrades and third-party hosting implementations
  • Perform installation, validation, configuration, and migration related services in North America
  • Provide guidance and recommendations regarding products, services, and industry trends internally and to external customers/prospects
  • Collaborate with internal cloud (AWS) staffs for system deployments
  • Work with customer resources for on-premises system deployments
  • Manage customer communications effectively to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Ensure project scopes and deliverables meet SOW, SLA, MSA requirements
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Regulatory Affairs, or other related disciplines
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must reside in the US (does not include CA, CO, IL, MD, NY, and WA residents)
  • 3+ years of experience in regulatory affairs and regulatory information management, including document management, submission management and product information/life cycle management
  • Proficient in client-server application deployments and cloud-based system deployments (AWS or Azure)
  • Basic knowledge of database systems (SQL) and XML languages
  • Prior experience in validation processes with an understanding of validated environments, IQ, OQ and PQ documentation
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a distributed team environment
  • Minimum travel required: estimated up to 20%
  • This role may require maintaining a seated position for extended periods or standing for prolonged periods when performing tasks
