Implementation Project Manager (m/f/d)

Location: United States (Remote)

Responsibilities

    As an Implementation Project Manager with LORENZ’s North American team, you will provide project management for software product Implementation to LORENZ’s customers in the US and Canada.


  • Manage projects, including planning, setting goals, establishing milestones and creating completion plans
  • Maintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
  • Manage project team members, including developing schedules and individual responsibilities, distributing tasks, monitoring progress and assessing the performance of team members
  • Conduct risk assessments and take proper action to account for risk
  • Organize and lead meetings between teams and other stakeholders to discuss project goals and progress
  • Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders
  • Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must reside in the US (does not include CA, CO, IL, MD, NY, and WA residents)
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and planning
  • Basic understanding of information technology procedures and practices
  • 2+ years of related technical project implementation PM experience
  • Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems
  • Related experience in regulatory affairs and regulatory information management, including document management, submission management and product information/life cycle management
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a distributed team environment
  • Minimum travel required: estimated up to 20%
  • This role may require maintaining a seated position for extended periods or standing for prolonged periods when performing tasks
