Regulatory Training Consultant (m/f/d)

Location: United States (Remote)

Responsibilities

    As a Regulatory Training Consultant with LORENZ’s North American team, you will provide regulatory software training to LORENZ’s customers in the US and Canada


  • Provide webinars, online and/or onsite hands-on training for LORENZ’s product suite of regulatory software solutions and support our customers in accelerating their approval processes
  • Deliver presentations on various topics, including LORENZ’s new developments and/or other relevant regulatory topics at international conferences
  • Design, write and/or edit training programs, course materials and other training content
  • Customize training documentation for customers as contracted by customers
  • Work with internal teams to develop customized product configurations and adaptations in order to optimally support customers' processes
  • Share customer training experience with the development team to support new product development
  • Manage customer communications with effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Design and develop E-Learning solutions for LORENZ products using respective authoring tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Regulatory Affairs or other related discipline
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must reside in the US (does not include CA, CO, IL, MD, NY, and WA residents)
  • Previous experience in regulatory affairs and regulatory information management, including document management, submission management and product information/life cycle management
  • Previous experience as a trainer or coach is desirable
  • Knowledge of LORENZ docuBridge or related products is desirable
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using software and technology tools
  • Strong presentation, public speaking and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and remotely
  • Willingness to travel per customers’ requests
  • This role may require maintaining a seated position for extended periods or standing for prolonged periods when performing tasks
