Regulatory Account Manager (m/f/d)

Location: United States (Remote)

Responsibilities

    As a Regulatory Account Manager with LORENZ’s North American team, you will support LORENZ’s customers in the US and Canada


  • Oversee a diverse range of customers, from small businesses to large enterprises, with an emphasis on exceeding expectations for both the team and customers
  • Bridge the sales and customer support teams to enhance customer satisfaction, foster loyalty, reduce churn, and deliver a fast time-to-value experience, ensuring customers remain active users of our products
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs while aligning with the company's goals
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain a customer-centric team environment
  • Establish and maintain open, transparent communication with customers, providing regular updates and progress reports to ensure their needs are consistently met
  • Respond to customer needs, create proposals for add-on products and services, and support RFIs/RFPs
  • Take on additional responsibilities for projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must reside in the US (does not include CA, CO, IL, MD, NY, and WA residents)
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical regulatory software space
  • Fundamental knowledge of the life sciences regulatory operations landscape
  • Exceptional project management abilities, including effective prioritization, delegation, multitasking, task management and meeting deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) to establish trust with clients and team members
  • Proactive self-starter with a positive attitude, comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Minimum travel required: estimated up to 10%
