Senior Sales Executive (m/f/d)

Location: United States (Remote)

Responsibilities

    As a Senior Sales Executive with LORENZ’s North American team, you will support LORENZ’s customers in the US and Canada


    Prospecting:

  • Carry out prospecting activities
  • Participate in pre-sales activities: manage appointments, conduct presentations, and draft meeting reports
  • Attend promotional events and user group meetings
  • Present the LORENZ solution offerings to prospects and clients

  • Managing Commercial Aspects Between Prospects/Clients and the Company:
  • Prepare quotes and respond to needs within the limits of LORENZ available offerings
  • Conduct negotiations for commercial contracts
  • Finalize sales
  • Record all interactions with prospects and clients in shared tools and keep these records updated

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Ensure the sustainability of client relationships
  • Prepare and promptly hand over files to post-sales teams in accordance with current guidelines
  • Submit regular activity reports to the Sales Management, following the established procedures
  • Keep the CRM system updated

  • Contribution to Client Satisfaction:
  • Ensure clear, complete, and compliant contracts aligned with LORENZ's solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must reside in the US (does not include CA, CO, IL, MD, NY, and WA residents)
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical regulatory software space
  • Fundamental knowledge of the life sciences regulatory operations landscape
  • Exceptional project management abilities, including effective prioritization, delegation, multitasking, task management and meeting deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) to establish trust with clients and team members
  • Proactive self-starter with a positive attitude, comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Minimum travel required: estimated up to 10%
