LORENZ/DMS only company to demonstrate eCTD publishing capability in Japan
GUILDFORD, UK & TOKYO, JAPAN: LORENZ has announced today that itís Japanese partner Digital Media Systems (DMS) was the only company of all vendors at the "DIA 2nd Annual Workshop on Electronic Document Management - All About eCTD and Its Preparation" to demonstrate eCTD publishing capability for the Japanese type e-submission, including regional Module 1 and life cycle publishing.
"We are not a slideware company and our system performs at speeds that others are not," says Akira Yamaguchi, VP for Product Development and Product Marketing.
The event was organized on 11th - 12th November and several vendors in the field of eCTD Publishing were invited to demonstrate their capabilities. docuBridge was the only tool able to deliver a result in the given time frame as set by the DIA.
"The challenge is that Japan has a very different interpretation of the ICH specifications," says Hiroji Emoto, President of DMS. "Our product is nonetheless able to handle this as we separate the product with the business logic. This gives us unparalleled flexibility - as the conference demonstrated."
The presentation itself was given by LORENZí Japanese partners DMS of Tokyo, Japan. DMS supports LORENZ in the Japanese market and develops and maintains the Japanese language version module.
