What's new in version 5.1?

We have added over 25 new features to 5.x generation. These include simultaneous multi-user editing, parallel publishing, out-of-sequence import of eCTDs, an advanced eCTD envelope manager and many many more!

How do I migrate?

LORENZ has already migrated entire esubmission libraries from other systems to docuBrige 5.0. Whether it is for a regulatory agency, a services provider or a pharmaceutical company: docuBridge 5.x has the architecture to deal with a variety of differet legacy formats, as well as technically faulty esubmissions generated from competing systems.

Import eCTD Submissions in Batch Mode

The batch check-in allows to automate the standard submission import process. It takes advantage of standardized information provided in eCTD (e.g. Application Number, Product Name, Date) and stores it as searchable properties. These properties are vital when large number of submission/applications are managed.

This is independent on the type of software product the submissions were created in.

Import Submissions via Scripts

If you have larger libraries of e-submissions of various formats (eCTD, NeeS, VNeeS etc.) then you may consider launching a project with us. We have migrated large libraries and small from several different systems by scripting a workflow with validation, import and reporting. This approach allows to capture as much information as possible from your existing data.

Import Submissions using docuBridge Submission Exchange

If you are importing submissions that may have been generated from other docuBridge 5.x systems, you are able to do so using the unique Submission Exchange format. This preserves the entire submission compilation information. Depending on configuration, the reference to the original content repository (e.g. Documentum) remains and the document life-cycle can be continued.
